Getty Images, the largest provider of stock photography and images, has reached an agreement with Amazon.com to sell high-quality printed photography on the Web retailer’s online storefront.
Getty, which sells digital photography over the Web to advertising agencies, magazines and other companies, said it had been looking at ways to enter the consumer business, though it has avoided selling digital images directly to consumers out of piracy concerns.
