MarketWatch.com said the SEC has subpoenaed stock-trading records of four of its executives, including its CEO and its editor-in-chief, as part of the probe into former columnist Thom Calandra.

The SEC wants trading records of CEO Larry Kramer, Editor in Chief David Callaway, CTO Jamie Thingelstad and Exec VP and GM Bill Bishop.

MarketWatch on MarketWatch: “This is a natural extension into their investigation of The Calandra Report,” said David Bayless, an outside attorney assisting MarketWatch with the case.
