BitPass, the micropayments startup, has brought in a new CEO, replacing its co-founder CEO…
Former Salon Media Group CEO Michael O’Donnell will be its CEO and also a member of its Board of Directors.
Kurt Huang, BitPass Co-Founder and current CEO, will become Chief Product Officer and continue as a Board member.
O’Donnell left Salon in October last year…
“We wanted someone who’s been around the block in the online content business. Michael’s tour of duty at Salon and his knowledge of content providers made him perfect for this role,” said Guy Kawasaki, BitPass investor and founder of Garage Technology Ventures.
