Yahooligans, the kids-targeted section of Yahoo, has tied up with indie-cartoon company DIC Entertainment to launch Yahooligans! TV. The new service will feature animation content from DIC’s library of over 3,000 half-hours of children’s programming (syndicated on TV on Fox, UPN and WB in local markets).
