MarketWatch And Pinnacor Merger Complete; Form New Unit

MarketWatch.com has formed a new organizational unit, MarketWatch Information Services, out of the innards of its own licensing business and Pinnacor, the New York-based company acquired by MarketWatch. The acquisition was announced in the third quarter of 2003 and approved by the stockholders of both companies yesterday. MarketWatch named Jeffrey Davis as its exec. VP and GM of the new business line.
