UK online gaming operator UKbetting boosted its portfolio of sports websites by clinching a £2m deal for Rivals Digital Media.
UKbetting, which includes Teamtalk and Sportinglife websites among its brands, said the takeover would add 1.5 million users to its current customer base of four million each month.
The style of all the websites will be maintained following the acquisition of Rivals, which posted losses of £1.1m for the year to August 31 on turnover of £3.7m.
