“I think there is an Achilles’ heel in SMS,” says Diamond of Capstone Investments. “SMS is hot, but these companies are getting 85 cents on the dollar from the end user. There are four we know right now that provide this SMS content and get 85%. But I don’t see that continuing. I think that will change rapidly and there will be more competition. I think that is a major issue these guys will confront in short order.”
