Nokia is developing a handset that will offer TV companies a chance to bypass telecoms operators and broadcast programmes straight to mobile phones… the technology, called DVB-H, will enalble phones to have a built-in TV antennae, and hence will be able to receive programming direct from the broadcaster.
The question will be whether the telecoms operator will be the service provider or if it will be the TV broadcaster…

TheFeature: At the Nokia Internet Conference, the company announced the radically designed Nokia 7700. The new handset’s features include music and video streaming and playback, an integrated VGA camera, FM radio, multimedia messaging and email support, as well as a full complement of personal information management features.
