Google’s IPO Plans II

Well, MarketWatch is reporting that Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and CS First Boston are the likely candidates for the coveted lead underwriter slot for any Google IPO, and the public auction may not take place after all.

The source quoted in the story doubted Google would embark on a so-called Dutch auction for its IPO, but speculation that the search engine could deploy some version of the unusual IPO process is still plentiful.
