Napster Parent Roxio’s Q2 Loss Widens

Roxio, parent of the revamped Napster online music service, reported a Q3 loss of $11.9 million, vs. a loss of $1.85 million in the year-ago period. Revenue fell to $22.8 million from $27.9 million.

Roxio offered no forecast for its online music segment, but said it will provide an outlook when it reports December-period earnings.
