Paystone, the content commerce vendor, has entered in a $9 million joint venture with Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology, a Chinese company, to expand its solution into China.
The Chinese company, a consortium with interests in mobile phones, fiber optics, mobile payment, real estate, investments and oil refining will bring high-level contacts along with market and investment expertise, according to the company statement.
