Forrester has issued a report which has criticized AMZN’s efforts to become everything for everybody, in essence. The report put some pressure on AMZN’s shares in the morning trading session today.
“Amazon.com is having an identity crisis as it tries to straddle the retail and technology service provider worlds,” wrote Forrester analyst Carrie Johnson….Johnson says that Amazon.com should focus on beating the portals and on servicing consumers rather than focusing on partnerships with retailers.
The analyst has a 5 minute video presentation on the report, on Forrester’s site…very impressive. I am sure the video pushes some reports…maybe other research companies should do that.
