(Update: 4:20 GMT: the site’s back up now) Guardian Unlimited, the popular website of Guardian UK, has been down today, due to what it calls technical difficulties (Emily Bell, the editor-in-chief of Gurdian Unlimited, said in an e-mail that they were trying to work out the problem, but it didn’t look like a DoS attack): here’s the statement on their website: “We are experiencing technical problems and are operating a restricted service. Please return to this page regularly to read the latest UK and international news. We are working to restore normal service and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
This when Lord Hutton is supposed to make preliminary statements today on the Hutton Inquiry into the “sexed-up” Iraq documents….
