InfoSpace founder Naveen Jain has blamed others for mistakes that led to a $247 million judgment against him. Now he’s suing them. He has filed a lawsuit against his former company and others claiming their errors led a federal judge to rule Jain broke insider-trading laws.
U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman last week ordered Jain to pay $247 million to InfoSpace as a result of a shareholder lawsuit.
