It’s Back. But Can the New Napster Survive?

Still, Napster says that it sees no problem and that customers will be able to download, burn or transfer individual tracks easily… Napster inherited many of its licensing agreements from Pressplay, the joint venture of Sony and Universal that Roxio bought for $40 million in May. These deals confine music to a single computer.”
