TheStreet.com and financial commentator Jonathan Hoenig each dropped lawsuits against the other…the claims were resolved without payment from either party.

Hoenig accused Cramer of writing untrue statements that damaged his reputation as a hedge fund manager and commentator. TheStreet.com would counter with a lawsuit against Hoenig and his site Capitalistpig for unfair competition, charging Hoenig used “James Cramer” keywords for his Web site.
