iVillage expects to achieve EBITDA profitability during the fourth quarter. It expected Q2 revenue to fall within the high-end of its earlier projections. In May, the company projected second-quarter revenue would remain flat or increase up to 5 percent from first-quarter revenue of $12.6 million.
