T-Online, the ISP and broadband content provider in Europe, is satisfied with its premium content efforts, according to Thomas Holtrop, chairman of the company. “T-Online was one of the first Internet providers to introduce paid content at the start of 2002; the portal network now offers approximately 3,500 paid content products. In 2002, paid content generated almost EUR 17 million in revenue… The launch of T-Online Vision on TV at the end of 2003 will mean that T-Online is also well-positioned in this interesting market from the very first.”
