Media Agency Adds Broadband Cos. to Upfront Buys


The CEO of media buying agency Starcom MediaVest Group said that the Publicis unit will expand its 2003 television “upfront” buying to include a network of broadband providers for the first time. In line to benefit are companies including Atom Shockwave, Yahoo Platinum and Unicast.
