Nando Times, one of the pioneering news websites, will cease to exist within about 90 days, said Christian A. Hendricks, VP of Interactive Media for the McClatchy, the Sacramento, Calif.-based parent of Nando Media. The site no longer fits the company’s strategy, according to the company. Nando Media also plans to shut down Nando SportServer, a sports news and data site. The content on both sites will continue to be posted on the websites for McClatchy’s print publications.
