ProQuest Co Names Alan Aldworth CEO: ProQuest, the information management company, lowered revenue and earnings expectations for the end of 2002 on a revenue shortfall and shuffled its management ranks. By year-end, non-subscription microfilm backfile sales and its corporate reseller business were down in the fourth quarter, leading to a revenue shortfall of $4 million. In a separate release, ProQuest named President and Chief Operating Officer Aldworth to the chief executive post. He replaces James Roemer, who will continue as chairman.
