Marketing Director Michelle Rutkowski discusses its growth. “It’s a combination of several things, but if I had to single out one strategy that’s worked very well for us, I think it would be search engine optimization (SEO)…We also have instituted a program to create gateway pages for our paid content. These pages let consumers who are searching by specific model names and numbers know that we have ratings available on our site for that product/model. The page includes links to some of our free content and invites the consumer to subscribe to CRO to get the specific ratings and recommendations they seek.”
