FT.com Uses Yahoo To Promote Subscriptions: FT.com, the online version of The Financial Times, which recently unveiled its online subscription service, has started to provide news to Yahoo’s financial news section. The content deal, which started on June 28, has full-text of selected stories and each story has a link to FT.com subscription page and links to other news sections on FT.com.
Seems like an attempt to drive more subscriptions and increase FT.com’s visibility.
