Once they’ve received your money, that’s it they do not care about anything. There is not phone number listed on their site for support and when you send an email to their support dept it takes weeks to get a response, if any. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and I cant even get that done.

In my recent experience, streaming was choking up during Pak vs Aus one days. I sent email, I got the email back quickly but what happend next was not what I expected.

Call was made from India using a very bad VOIP, call was being disconnected constantly and finally tech support rep said since MY phone lines is bad (I am in USA) he would have to call me some other times.

They had me tried many things with one premise that problem exist at my END. They wont recognized maybe they are over selling.

Final word, I have been willow customer but now I am forced to switch due to the bad customer service.
