I am not sure what sites they monitor, but just looking at Mininova.. there are over 2000 torrents for Heroes and Prison break each.. and Trading spouses has just 8… huh?

What are the numbers?? How many downloads? its very hard to digest this chart.. look at Desperate Housewives, jump from 44 to #2 in a week? and Prison break was #1 and now Trading Spouses with far less Torrents has beaten the show in this weeek?

I would like NewTeeVee to do some basic check before posting such charts and make sure these charts make sense….you can just check Mininova.. given you guys regularly keep posting about that site also…

There are a lot of music companies and networks that have canceled their subscription because their crap is not based on technology but guys collecting this crap by hand. The chart you pasted is how many people downloaded the .torrent file not downloaded the actually content. They don’t do peer level monitoring!!!!!

The Networks could make the show available right after it airs in a region and lock out IPs across time zones using geo location they also could use Geo Location to target advertising .
