True Allen -- they don't want to make people upset but it seems like ripping the bandaid off might be better than dealing with tech upkeep and customer service and hosting costs and dilution of your brand.

Thanks for the link Liz - I agree on the future shutdown totally. I actually think that if that might be in the plan if x or y do not happen, that it might be better to just disconnect the service now. It's clear for a long time that it's not Loic's focus.
