You definitely have some good suggestions for the UI of the HD200 in standalone mode.  I agree the User Interface in the standalone mode needs some work.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From your review I can&#039;t tell if you ever tried using the HD200 as a SageTV Media Center extender.  So important features of the HD200 weren&#039;t even mentioned.  For example you can watch LiveTV and Recorded TV served to the HD200 from your computer in another room (running SageTV of course) including all encrypted digital HD and SD channels using the HD-PVR tuner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Did you only try it out in &quot;stand-alone&quot; mode?  If so, I really recommend you get a trial of SageTV and try running the HD200 as an extender as this is definitely the HD200&#039;s strength.  As far as the stand-alone mode, it&#039;s menus will improve as time goes on.&lt;/p&gt;
