I think a dialogue about T&C’s should stay in the forefront of the new media revolution. Creators who give away their creations to be exploited by corporations is not going to be sustainable. Let’s keep those T&C’s in check.

I think, though I might be wrong, MySpace changed their T&C regarding music rights when the community organized and criticized them for trying to ‘own’ uploaded media.

They could potentially change it to anything. And you’re agreeing to whatever that change is ahead of time.

No matter how good their ToS look now… that could go away in a moment.

Seems ludicrous.
