&lt;p&gt;What a great idea!  Automate the procedure and collect a royalty.  Make it easy to use and make it so no human interaction is required to process the request.  Simple, efficient and effective.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No wait... They&#039;ve found a way to screw it up:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From their web site:&lt;/p&gt;
