The Netflix streaming is a great feature-- but LG has now discontinued this model. And the Netflix interface on the BD370 is very poor. For example, want to add movies to your queue? Grab a computer because it's not supported on the player itself.

Other players have this very useful feature (as does the newly released Wii version), but I doubt LG will offer an update to address this problem.

Ray - I experienced similar situation when I tried connecting my Samsung BD-P3600 Blue Ray player to my AT&T Uverse (2Wire) Gateway Router, via Ethernet. The Network Test ran OK, but the BlueRay Player couldn't connect. I ended up powering off BOTH the BlueRay Player and 2Wire Gateway, removed CAT-5 ethernet cable, plugged same CAT-5 cable back into both devices and repowered both devices. Bingo! Success!

Ray,

I have a BD370, and I occasionally have a Netflix connection issue. I am using a 2Wire gateway with AT&T U-Verse.

Does your YouTube work? I have found that if I play a YouTube video before trying Netflix, my Netflix will work.

You can also try using a Static IP for your BD370 if your router will allow you to manually assign IP's. Also, make sure to do a firmware update.

Good luck!

I just bought the LGBD370 and have spent hours trying to get this thing to connect with Netflix. I have a Netgear modem/router DGN2000. The player shows that I am connected to the net, but it won't connect to Netflix. I have tried phone s support from LG, Netgear, Netflix and my DSL provider to no avail. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
