&lt;p&gt;With the advent of Hulu&#039;s claims of supplying the UK market with video content, this should usher in a cross-border in-balance of content deals as the BBC as well as others, syndicate a lot of content material from the US and vice-versa through Mr Murdochs SKY and others.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This ruling looks as if it could pave the way for a major shift in the direction of freeing up a whole new president in true borderless web TV for the advancement of how we consume content into the future; online.&lt;/p&gt;
