Very interesting post. It kind of goes beyond internet neutrality. I wonder if consumers are aware of how streaming television programs is always going to use up a great deal of their band width resources. Perhaps we educate consumers and then the BBC bring in on-line advertising, as consumer would then have an appreciation of the resources streaming from IPlayer uses.
