This sounds a lot like the Sansa TakeTv, but with more storage. Although I don't think that the TakeTv could upconvert to 720p.

120GB of multimedia content !!! that sounds huge to me. This is technology man its just improving radically. A portable media player with 120GB space is just great. i think I ll stop carrying my note book finally.
