But I’d suggest instead providing computers for customers to use and have the video recommender geniuses wander around. That might save the geniuses’ chops (patience?) a bit and give customers a little more independence in making their decision. That, and I know people in line would kill me if I took my usual 45 minutes agonizing over a selection.
