		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s really good that in the US you get help towards the cost of a TV convertor box. In the UK we&#039;re going through digital tv switchover until 2012, and I think there&#039;ll be a lot of unscrupulous operators approaching elderly people who may not understand the whole thing and either overcharging them or mis-selling them some totally unnecessary (but of course expensive) kit. By the way Deal or No Deal is Noel Edmonds here...&lt;/p&gt;
