Swedish online video editing startup JayCut seems to be doing quite fine though. Well not their consumer site (just above 20k members) but the B2C tech licensing model. At least read in an interview that they were profitable a few months ago.

It’s really a joke. For the uninitiated, editing is a difficult enough skill to attempt with something simple like Pinnacle Studio or iMovie. At this point editing video on the web just isn’t viable.
