WTH does Obama or the rest of that stuff have to do with Eminem's video. Why in this day & age do some people thing everyfreakingthing should be so serious & address some bogus issue or something? Why must it be relevant? Geez lighten up. It's funny. It's music. It's lighthearted. The tune is catchy. Tap your toe or get up & shake your ass. Have fun with it.

Jay Leno beat him to the punch because he's live on television 5 nights of the week, so current events are pretty easy to discuss.

For an artist it may take weeks or even months to write, record and film a music video, ya dumbass.

idc what anyones opinion is i love eminem and his songs n videos...he's just being him,,, and let him be u dont have to always judge him.. at least he's making music every1 actually enjoys,,, who cares if any star gets offended... its not like he mean's it,,, and even kim kardashian dont care she thinks its funny and didnt even know she wuz going to be in the song,,, so yeah i definitely agree with hur people cant always be so serious n sensitive you gotta at least have some humor in you,,, well im done laters KEEP ROCKING EMINEM!

you sound ignorant. every topic em covered in this song are still relevant…even the referance to rain-man (you’d have to be an actual em fan to understand it). this song debuted april 7th but that doesnt mean he wrote it yesterday. it was probably written 6 months ago when 90% of those topics were on tv every 5 minutes.
anyone with negative feedback on eminem is slow in the mind. so what if you cant shake your ass to it in the club… listen to lyrics and creativity for a change

Toney, according to this article, the criticism is that his events are current enough, hence the title, "Eminem's We Made You is Way Behind the Times."

And another thing, I DARE you to name 3 songs that reference either Jessica Simpson's weight gain, or Lindsay Lohan's bisexual behavior, maybe Perez Hilton has beaten those stories into the ground but not one rapper or mainstream artist has touched on them.
