I am an african american woman and I feel that the song is really not that deameaning I took it as a message. How many kids do you see today that knows all the songs and dances on tv but dont know their abcs and want to do what a rapper or singer said they did. In my community its alot so all i feel he was doing was telling them to do something constructive.

wow… whatever the intentions, that video is entirely demeaning… how can you possibly expect to see positive change when you treat the community with an such an absolute lack of respect?
