Open the App to the masses then the pressure is on Hulu as they cant curcumvent the Opensource masses.

They’ve done this somewhat by licensing access to their content libraries to others, but these recent moves with Boxee and MyMediaPlayer are really short-sighted. As long as customers are accessing Hulu’s content (with Hulu’s ads), where is the problem? One other option here would be to quickly purchase (or copy) these good ideas/technologies before someone else does. Web aggregation isn’t that hard, and somebody else will solve that part of the problem and user experience will be the main differentiation to consumers. Bad move Hulu.
