Adobe does not care. They have grown to such an enormous, bloated company, like Microsoft, that they simply don’t care anymore. Too bad. Someday, the ex-employees and ex-managers of Adobe will ponder just why their company imploded. Hint: it was the loss of customer service, the obvious lack of caring.
