Thanks for the interesting case on IP and content distribution rights in the online milieu, because it's important that everyone be aware how complex and pervasive content licensing/control truly is. I remember going over contracts with NBC in 1992, and choking on legalese something to the effect of "in all known and unknown universes". It sounded prophetic then, and has become even more so.
