As we scooped last week, full episodes of TV series are coming to the BlackBerry. The new service, called PrimeTime2Go, is being offered by QuickPlay Media as part of BlackBerry’s new App World storefront. It was announced today at CTIA and will be available in early May.

PrimeTime2Go will only be available on BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 8900 phones for AT&T and T-Mobile customers. We had included a photo of video playing on the BlackBerry Storm in the original post, but that full-screen beauty sadly won’t be a part of the service as it lacks Wi-Fi and is on Verizon.

Otherwise, our details were pretty accurate. Here are the specifics:

The subscription service will cost $7.99 per month

All content will be downloaded over Wi-Fi

Shows won’t be watchable until they’ve downloaded (no streaming), but can be viewed offline

Participating networks are NBC, CBS, MTV, and The CW, with shows like The Office, CSI, The Hills and 90210

Upcoming improvements include show subscriptions, additional content and support for other BlackBerrys.
