Venture-capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers filed a response in California state court on Wednesday, “vigorously” denying partner Ellen Pao’s allegations of sexual discrimination by the company, and requesting Pao’s lawsuit be dismissed. The company said Pao’s failure to advance in the company wasn’t gender discrimination. Read more »
