        I downloaded the upgrade and tried to install but it kept giving me errors. I do not have Active Sync proccess running, did a hard rest to clear any issues. 
After mulitple attempts, I found that the USB hub connetion casued the software not to recognize the phone, even though I had used Active Sync successfully for months. I plugged into a direct USB port and the software installed correctly.
