Who is this guy and why is he using my name?

Jeremy Toeman ran into this guy at the Digital Life show in New York City this past week:

Remember those 4 VIP passes for Digital Life we gave away last week?  It seems the DL folks had a snafu and the passes had to be picked up at the show and they had my name on them.  I’ll bet there were 4 people walking around the show with my name on their badges.  I hope they didn’t get me into any trouble.  :)
