As for a platform – you had a few more implied requirements like multi-threading if I got you right.

One thing which I would like seeing is a stronger phone and data – sharing integration. unlike your description what smartphones are missing is the ability to share data better while talking on the phone. This is the most fundamental flaw in this industry today in my opinion. Think about something like the latest Skype or MS Communicator functionality which lets you share your desktop while talking on the phone! E.g. show your GPS tracking … the potential is huge.

My dream phone would recognize when I am on the bike and automatically inform the callers to call back in a while (registering a missed call for me).

Not to forget it would give me a buzz on my headset if I am speeding my bike and if Google Locate can be integrated such that it gives me a auto alert when my known contacts are in vicinity …
