Most of our residents don’t have digital TV or broadband, let alone wireless carriers. Don’t get me wrong, we have mobile phones (we’re not *that* backwards), but not much in terms of wireless access outside of wireless routers on personal networks. (I think it’s because our cities are very spread out).

It was quite a shock at first. Now I got used to it, although I still don’t understanding every word said on the phone :)
