If that is the case it looks like me & my LS800 will be sticking with XP. The Microsoft Vista utility advised that Basic was the flavour for me. Thanks for the info.

Tablet PC functionality won't be in Vista Home Basic for consumers, nor do I see mention of it in the Vista Enterprise edition based on Microsoft's official PR from February 26th: http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2006/feb06/02-26WinVistaProductsPR.mspx

I believe it’s all of them except one or two. My understanding is that any version a consumer would buy will have it, along with the higher end versions too.

I have a question. Are all the editions of vista ‘tablet enabled’ or is it just the business (mobility functions) edition. Microsoft’s website is ambiguous on this point.
