		<description><![CDATA[It is time that the US looks at other countries, I was in italy for i month and just went into a store, got a  HSPA &quot;unlocked&quot; USB modem for 60 EUR + 15 EUR for 100 hours of FAST web access, 100 is about 3.5 hour a day in a month..

And the same is for the iPhone plane.. just connect to computer no extra charge..
