if you cant have compelling UI like the Pre/iPhone you need compelling hardware. obviously Android does not have a compelling UI, its still very PC-ish. so far i am not impressed AT ALL by the new Droids, theyre just so tacky looking. i know sites like this have jumped on the Droid wagon, but you guys jump on every wagon that comes along, so youre hard too take seriously.

EASILY the best hardware to come along lately was HTC HD2, thats what Droid needs, to bad its stuck with WinMo.

Android uses memory differently than the iPhone. There is a 16 GB memory card on the Droid for storage. Android apps go in the system memory, but they are very small apps as a rule. The G1 has less memory but I've installed many apps with no problem.
